Aquatic Wildlife
We will hear from Dr. Ippolito, a biology professor at Anderson University, about the overall health of our White River, the Guide Fish Kill, and the organisms living in our river. This is a great preface for the macroinvertebrate sampling video as he discusses their use as indicators for waterway health.

Macroinvertebrate Sampling
This video will be available by Thursday October 15th. We are awaiting permission from IDEM to share the video which could take a couple of days. Our apologies for the delay! In this video we will join Maddie Genco from IDEM to learn how they perform their macroinvertebrate samplings. We will be collecting organisms from Fall Creek in Indianapolis. This is an excellent chance to get close to the river while remaining dry!

Guide Fish Kill
Unfortunately technology was not our friend for this video. Several days after filming with all of the great people who had been involved during and after the event it was discovered our microphone had quit working. We are unable to get everyone back together for another filming session on such short notice but will have some people at the Question and Answer session to speak to. What is provided below are 10th and 20th anniversary articles about the fish kill as well as a video done with one major participant, John Bundy. Our apologies for not having more!
